Located in Texas Hill Country between Austin and San Antonio along the San Marcos River, San Marcos River Ranch is a private water ski development featuring four world record-capability water ski lakes complete with slalom courses. The ideal conditions at San Marcos make it the perfect venue to host AWSA-sanctioned waterskiing events, including the 2014 U.S. National Water Ski Championships. <p> You have to be lucky enough to know a homeowner to get on the water at San Marcos River Ranch, but if you get the chance, you'll experience incredible water while being pulled by their club boat, a Malibu LXi.
