Interested in carrying on the WakeScout mission?

For the past 15 years, it has been my pleasure to provide the worldwide water sport community with WakeScout, your resource to discover all the places in the world where you can get on the water to enjoy your favorite water sport.

I have made the decision to join you and travel the world, visiting WakeScout entities around the globe and shred incredible water in idyllic locations.

Over the next few months, I hope to transition the site to a new ownership team. If you or your organization has an interest in carrying on the vision in support of our worldwide water sport community, please feel free to reach out.

Thanks very much for your tremendous support of WakeScout!

Bill

About

Virginia Beach Adaptive Water Sports was created to make adaptive waterskiing and wakeboarding available to disabled people and their families. By providing a safe and challenging adaptive water sports program, Virginia Beach Adaptive Water Sports is able to enhance their quality of life.

The program is run by Dallas Norman. Dallas is a certified disabled water ski instructor with decades of experience. Along with Dallas, Virginia Beach Adaptive Water Sports has a group of volunteers that are enthusiastic about giving those with disabilities the opportunity to experience fun on the water.

Throughout the year, Virginia Beach Adaptive Water Sports hosts a variety of events for the disabled, including USO Warrior Week, Disabled Sports USA (a Walter Reed Hospital event) and the SSVA (an intellectual and developmental Disability Ski event).

Kayaking, paddleboarding and tubing are also offered. All water sports take place behind a MasterCraft boat on Witchduck Lake, a private lake in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
