With the sky above and the water below, Hanalei SUP Yoga leads exhilarating SUP yoga and SUP classes for all experience levels on Lake Lanier and Lake Allatoona in Georgia. Join us for weekly classes and local special events in the spring and summer, as well as retreats to exciting destinations year-round.
“On paper,” we teach stand-up paddleboarding and yoga on stand-up paddleboards to students of all experience levels. But it’s so much more than that, really! In 60 or 90 minutes, Hanalei SUP Yoga classes provide a mini vacation from your day, where any tensions melt away through laughter, fun, challenging exercise and a peaceful environment. No matter your fitness level, you’ll leave feeling empowered, energized and more balanced.
All of our stand-up paddleboarding and SUP yoga classes launch from Tidwell Park Boat Ramp at Lake Lanier or Glade Marina or Little River Marina at Lake Allatoona. When you register for a class, you will receive a confirmation email with directions to our location and more details. See our schedule.

- Register online via our website that way we know you are coming and can make sure we have a board and gear for you. Drop-ins are fine if you have your own board but we’d still love to know that you’re coming to communicate with you if we have to cancel due to weather or another unforeseen circumstance. You must register for the class online to receive the discount for bringing your own board.
