Interested in carrying on the WakeScout mission?

For the past 15 years, it has been my pleasure to provide the worldwide water sport community with WakeScout, your resource to discover all the places in the world where you can get on the water to enjoy your favorite water sport.

I have made the decision to join you and travel the world, visiting WakeScout entities around the globe and shred incredible water in idyllic locations.

Over the next few months, I hope to transition the site to a new ownership team. If you or your organization has an interest in carrying on the vision in support of our worldwide water sport community, please feel free to reach out.

Thanks very much for your tremendous support of WakeScout!

About

Hyco Lake is a heated Lake in North Central North Carolina near Virginia Line often referred to as "The Promised Land", because the Power Plant pumps out 120 degree water for year round riding, there are lots of tree lined coves for awesome butta, and everyone here goes out of their way to Keep it Good and Share the Love! There are a good number of fun loving water enthusiasts including wakeboarders, and surfers, some wakeskaters, and some fun loving barefooters. A high percentage of boats are newer inboards with towers. Easy to meet fun loving people on the water or docks where there is always a cold beverage to share and food on the grill. Popular wake get togethers include Easter@Hyco and the famous Halloween@Hyco. Good times, Great People, Magical Waters!
