About
We are in the sunny Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand. Set against a picturesque backdrop, Backpaddock Lakes is central Hawkes Bay’s exclusive water sports park. It is the only venue in the New Zealand to provide BOTH boat riding and cable park riding in the same place! We have three fantastic lakes dedicated to watersport and wildlife. The park is designed specifically for wakeboarding, water-skiing and barefooting. There is also a wetland area which is home to the local wildlife. The main lake was specially designed and has a top class slalom course and is the perfect size to run competitions for all categories up to a national level and is 760m long, 100m-150m wide, 2m-3m deep.
