I have made the decision to join you and travel the world, visiting WakeScout entities around the globe and shred incredible water in idyllic locations.

Welcome to Pripstein’s Camp Mishmar, a traditional overnight camp located in the beautiful Laurentian Mountains, 60 miles north of Montreal, Canada. We offer a wide selection of waterfront, athletic and creative activities and some of the most exciting facilities in all of camping! Waterskiing, wake-boarding and knee-boarding, under the careful supervision of our instructors, takes place on our second lake, Lake St. Joseph. All campers are required to pass a camp swim test to qualify for the various boating activities. Campers are required to wear life-jackets or PFD's in any watercraft. Pripstein's owns over 40 watercraft, providing ample equipment for our extensive boating program. We are also members of Waterski Wakeboard Ontario. The camp was founded 73 years ago by Chaim and Pearl Pripstein near St. Jerome, Quebec, Canada. In 1954, the camp moved to its present location in St. Adolphe d’Howard, Quebec where it owns 200 acres bordering three lakes. The Pripstein/Braverman family has retained ownership throughout the camp’s history.
