BEWARE OF “SLIDERS CABLE PARK” IN GOUNA !!! IT IS A KILLING MACHINE! N.B. As this review panel doesn't support attaching pics , please contact me on tifakk@hotmail.com for my son's pics after the accident. What happened was that on (25 July 2017 ) my son Ali El Tahawy (11 years old) was wakeboarding and he fell off in the middle of the track ( Which is not a problem). The problem was that a free cable with a handle came from his back at the surfing speed which is about 25km/hr and the handle hit Ali’s right part of the face just beside the right eye and the wire of the cable turned around his neck and dragged him in the water from his NECK for 2 meters until he managed to get the wire away from his NECK ( Thank God). He then started screaming in the water and we (His parents) recognized there was something wrong. All of this happened and the operation person in charge of the track didn't bother to stop the machine and the cables from moving around and he kept smiling and telling us, and all the attendees ,that nothing is wrong “it is just that he is panicked from falling off”. No one from the authorized teams of the place bothered to go help him except for 2 guys from the players luckily were near him and they jumped in the water to rescue him and found him not able to move nor breathe properly( I appreciate what they did and want to thank them but dunno their names). There wasn’t any doctor or any person who knows first aid at the place “ At least at the time of the accident” except for luckily, also, a parent doctor who was there with his kids started checking Ali and he asked for ambulance to come immediately. I would like also to thank this doctor if he sees the post, who also I can't remember his name from the shock I had, and I apologize to him as I was very aggressive in dealing with him as he didn't introduce himself as a professional doctor. SLIDERDS CABLE PARK IS A KILLER MACHINE !!!! No matter how professional you are, you will never be away from such an incident as long as it is run by these unqualified people and no protection for the players. Thank God it passed with only injuries and shock and it was seconds away from the ...... of my son (Imagine while you are reading the post that you are tied up with cable around your neck dragging you in the water …..Imagine how an 11 years old boy felt!!! ) To sum it up: 1- I know this is an extreme water sport and my problem is not with my son falling in water. He was hung and dragged in water from his neck because of an empty wire coming from his back at 25 km/ hr and the operator didn't bother to stop the wires railway claiming that my son is just panicked from falling!!! 2- My son was wearing his life jacket and helmet and he has a kite surfing license from 2016 ( when he was 10 years old!) So he is not a newbie. 3- The place didn't have any doctor or employee who knows first aid ( At least at the time of the accident ) and not necessarily to have a parent doctor luckily as it happened by the time of my son's accident. 4- No one from the place accepted to show me the camera recordings and the who called himself owner representative "Ibrahim El Hady" was doing nothing except defending his team and trying to convince me that it was my son's fault and he was the one who tied up and hung himself ( Of course I made him hear the cursing of his life, it is a normal reaction to a what so called manager trying to convince a father who was watching his son dying that he was the one who tied up his neck with a speedy coming wire from the back NOT HIS WIRE! ). 5- From the funny rules they have for the sake of silly paperwork "If you fall, look back immediately. Pay attention to riders and empty ropes. If necessary, duck under the water. Once the way is clear, swim outwards of the cable and bring your equipment with you." My question is and according to their silly rule: How come he can duck himself underwater with a helmet with foam inside and with a life jacket on? What is that called? 6- I already took a full refund for the subscription I paid for my son and daughter of course not right away, after what happened they refused to give us a refund and offered a voucher with the money to use valid for 2 years!! Can you believe it? Do you think I would jeopardize my kids' life again with these people and this manager running the place? Anyway, without mentioning details I came back after 10 minutes and took my full refund. 7- My post's aim is warning all who reads it and all the authorities in Egypt that there is a place running “killing machines” in Gouna which is currently one of the very important fast growing touristic spots in Egypt. 8- I would like to thank the 2 guys that saved my son and the parent doctor who was there at the time of the accident. 9- I have taken all the legal actions to save and get back “ Ali El Tahawy’s “ rights and protect any other person from being hurt physically or psychologically. 10- Last but not least, a special thanks to all the authorities who supported and are supporting Ali. Unfortunately, I won't be able to mention names for security reasons but I would like to thank and appreciate the men of ministry of internal affairs, the red sea security directorate, Hurghada 2nd police station, the national general prosecutor. Vorsicht von SLIDERS CABLE PARK IN GOUNA!!! Es ist eine TÖTUNGSMASCHINE! Es ist ein privater Ort für Wassersport mit 4 Spuren für Wakeboarding ( die gleiche Idee wie Kitesurfen, aber die Spieler werden von oberen Gleiskabeln gezogen.) Der Start / Stop und fahrt ist von einer Person kontrolliert. Gestern (25. Juli 2017) war mein Sohn Ali El Tahawy (11 Jahre alt) Wakeboarding und fiel in der Mitte der Spur. Ein freies Kabel mit einem Griff kam von hinten mit einer Surfgeschwindigkeit von etwa 25 km / h und traf Alis rechten Teil des Gesichts direkt neben dem rechten Auge . Der Draht des Kabels drehte sich um seinen Hals und zog ihn ins Wasser für 2 Meter bis er es geschafft hat, seinen Hals von dem Draht zu befreien (Hamdolellah) . Dann begann er zu schreien, bis wir (seine Eltern) merkten, dass ihm etwas passierte . All dies geschah und die Operationsperson, die für die Spure verantwortlich war, sich keine Mühe gab, die Maschine zu stoppen, eingentlich lächelte er und sagte uns, sowie allen Teilnehmern, dass Alles in Ordnung war und dass das Kind nur in Panik geraten war. Keiner von den autorisierten Mannschaften des Platzes zeigten Bereitschaft ihm zu helfen, außer 2 Jungs von den Spielern , die glücklicherweise in der Nähe von ihm waren. Sie sprangen in das Wasser, um ihn zu retten und fanden ihn nicht in der Lage sich zu bewegen oder richtig zu atmen. (Ich schätze, was sie taten Und möchte ihnen danken, aber leider erinnere ich mich nicht an ihre Namen) Es gab keine Ärzte und keine Person, die erste Hilfe kannte "Zumindest zum Zeitpunkt des Unfalls", außer ein Elternteil, der zum Glück dort mit seinen Kindern war . Er hat Ali untersucht und bat um einen Krankenwagen. Ich möchte auch diesem Arzt danken ( hoffentlich sieht er den Eintrag ). Ich kann mich leider auch nicht an seinen Namen erinnern (vor dem Schock, konnte ich mir keine Namen merken ) . Ich entschuldige mich auch bei ihm, denn ich war sehr aggressiv im Umgang mit ihm, als er sich nicht vorstellte und ich nicht wusste, dass er ein Arzt war. SLIDERDS CABLE PARK IST EINE KILLER MASCHINE! Egal wie professionell du bist, du wirst niemals vor einem solchen Vorfall gesichert sein, solange es von diesen unqualifizierten Leuten geführt wird. Gott sei Dank ging es nur mit Verletzungen und Schock und nichts schlimmeres ist meinem Sohn passiert. Um es zusammenzufassen : Ich weiß, dass es keine Gefahrlose Wassersport ist und, dass es passieren kann , dass eine Person ins Wasser fällt. Mein Problem ist : Er wurde aufgehängt und im Wasser von seinem Hals gezogen, weil ein freier Draht mit 25 km / h Geschwindigkeit ihn vom Hals gefangen hat ! und die Beauftragte Person hat die ganze Situation überhaupt nicht wahrgenommen und wollte nicht mit dem Spiel aufhören. Er behauptete sogar, dass mein Sohn nur in Panik gerät. 2- Der Ort hatte keinen Arzt oder Angestellter, der erste Hilfe kann (Zumindest zum Zeitpunkt des Unfalls) . 3- Mein Sohn trug seine Rettungsweste und Helm und er hat eine Kite-Surf-Lizenz von 2016 (als er 10 Jahre alt war!) Also ist er kein Neuling. Also Panik war überhaupt nicht der Fall ! 4- Keiner der Beauftragten Personen hat Hilfsbereitschaft gezeigt und sie haben es abgelehnt mir die Kameraaufnahmen zu zeigen, und der, der sich selbst Besitzer Vertreter "Ibrahim El Hady" nannte, tat nichts außer dem Verteidigen seines Teams und versuchte mich zu überzeugen, dass mein Sohn selber daran Schuld war. (Natürlich überschüttete ich ihn mit allen möglichen Schimpfworten ) 5- Eine der lustigen Regeln an diesem Ort lautet: " Falls Sie fallen, schauen Sie sofort hinter Ihnen. Achten Sie auf andere Mitspieler und freie Seile. Wenn nötig, tauchen Sie ins Wasser ein . Sobald der Weg klar ist, schwimmen Sie aus dem Kabel heraus und bringen Sie Ihre Ausrüstung mit. " Meine Frage ( in Bezug auf diese Regel ) : Wie kommt es, dass er ins Wasser mit einem Helm und mit einer Rettungsweste eintauchen kann? Was soll denn das?!!! 6- Ich habe bereits eine volle Rückerstattung erhalten . Zuerst weigerten Sie sich, uns eine Rückerstattung zu geben und boten uns einen zwei jährigen Gutschein an !! ( Wie kamen sie darauf, dass ich das Leben meiner Kinder mit den Idioten, die den Ort führen, wieder gefährden würde???? 7- Mein Eintrags ziel geht nicht um Geld sondern um Sicherheit. Wenn Sie auch professionall sind es dauert nur sekunden and Sie sind tatsächlich nicht gesichert. 8- Ich will gerne die 2 Jungs und dem Artz danken, die dem Unfall erlebten. 9- Zu guter letzt, einen besonderen Dank an alle Behörden, die Ali unterstützen (Leider kann ich Namen aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erwähnen),die Männer des Innenministeriums, das rote Meer Direktion Sicherheit, Hurghada zweite Polizeistation, die nationalen Generalstaatsanwalt. Ich werde die Rechte meines Sohnes nicht verlassen und nehme die passende Gerichtsverfahren.Vergelts Got!! und ich entschuldige mich für den langen Eintrag.
