O’PAL is located right on the largest lake in Japan, Lake Biwa, in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. Enjoy one of our many water activities, such as SUP, kayaking, water tubing, towing tube and more while surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the lake! We also offer rental bicycles and culture cycling tours of the local area! Beginner or advanced, our instructors will make sure you have a fantastic day! English support available.
