RARE WAKEBOARD ACADEMY is a wakeboard and wake surfing school on the Edo River, on the border between Tokyo and Chiba prefectures! It is the oldest wakeboarding school in Kanto and Tokyo, and it is an academy that aims to improve while learning how to enjoy wakeboarding.
