Interested in carrying on the WakeScout mission?

For the past 15 years, it has been my pleasure to provide the worldwide water sport community with WakeScout, your resource to discover all the places in the world where you can get on the water to enjoy your favorite water sport.

I have made the decision to join you and travel the world, visiting WakeScout entities around the globe and shred incredible water in idyllic locations.

Over the next few months, I hope to transition the site to a new ownership team. If you or your organization has an interest in carrying on the vision in support of our worldwide water sport community, please feel free to reach out.

Thanks very much for your tremendous support of WakeScout!

About

Wake the World (WTW) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a group of boat owners providing watersports opportunities (waterski, wakeboard, disabled, barefoot, etc) to abandoned, abused and neglected children, as well as for the handicapped and our wounded warriors.

WTW began in 2008 with 8 families providing a day on the lake for some residents of a local children's home.

In 2013, WTW became the largest all volunteer organization of its kind, with over 300 volunteered boats world-wide!

We strive to make these events as easy as possible to host, and have a network of boat volunteers and sponsors to help support each event. We also provide insurance and liability waivers for every local event.

All WTW events are sanctioned and insured through the WWA (World Wakeboard Association).
