About
A Tradition for 60+ Years, Camp Chinqueka is a traditional summer camp with campers age 6-16 in Bantam, CT. Our close knit community puts an emphasis on kindness and self-discovery with the support of our warm & experienced staff. Chinqueka is a place “Where Girls Can Be Girls!” Chinqueka’s programs are specific to the age of the girls. Our youngest campers spend time on skill development and as they grow, we provide a greater focus on activity specialization and opportunities for independence. Waterskiing and wakeboarding are available for girls and are located at our boys camp, Camp Awosting, as power boats are not allowed on our lake.
